Terms of Service
Effective date: October 27, 2026 · Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to the Grelmont Architecture website and the provision of remote IT solutions, software architecture and technology consulting services unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. A project engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement. Browsing the website, opening a project form or discussing an idea does not by itself create a paid engagement.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to discuss the project and approve the services on its behalf. References to “Grelmont”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Grelmont Architecture. References to “you” mean the visitor or the client identified in the applicable engagement agreement.
2. Services and engagement scope
Our services include IT solutions consulting, software architecture consulting, cloud infrastructure consulting, AI tool integration, workflow automation, business software integration, API integration, systems audits, digital infrastructure planning, CRM setup and optimization, cloud workspace setup, business dashboards, software modernization consulting, technical documentation and remote technical support. Monthly support and combined service packages are available subject to an agreed scope.
Each engagement will identify the work to be performed, expected deliverables, relevant assumptions, client responsibilities and any agreed review process. Service descriptions on the website introduce potential work; they are not a complete specification for every project. A package does not include every listed service unless the written proposal expressly says so. Changes to objectives, systems, integrations or deliverables may require a revised scope and price, which must be approved before the additional work proceeds.
3. Prices, estimates and payment
All website prices are stated in US dollars and are indicative starting prices for 2026, except where an hourly or monthly basis is expressly identified. Remote Technical Support is listed at $150 per hour, and the Monthly IT Support Package starts at $900 per month. Other listed services are priced from the amounts displayed. A starting price is not a promise that every engagement can be completed for that amount.
The written proposal or invoice will specify the fees, any deposit, payment schedule, approved expenses and applicable taxes. Third-party subscriptions, platform usage, cloud charges, software licenses and other external costs are excluded unless expressly included. We do not start additional billable work solely because a visitor completes a website form. You are responsible for paying undisputed invoices according to the accepted agreement. If an invoice is disputed, explain the issue promptly so that the parties can review it. Any suspension for nonpayment will follow the applicable agreement and reasonable notice.
4. Client information, permissions and cooperation
You are responsible for supplying accurate requirements, timely decisions and the access reasonably needed for the agreed work. You must own the relevant systems or have permission to authorize our access and changes. Do not provide credentials, personal data or confidential materials through channels that have not been agreed for that purpose. Access should use appropriate individual accounts and permissions wherever the relevant platform supports them.
You remain responsible for business decisions, lawful use of your systems and the accuracy of the source data you provide. Before material changes, the parties should agree on backups, testing, deployment permissions and restoration responsibilities as appropriate to the engagement. Delays in access, approvals or third-party cooperation may affect the timetable. We will discuss material dependencies when they become apparent rather than treating an estimated timetable as unconditional.
5. Delivery, testing and acceptance
Any timetable is an estimate unless the accepted statement of work expressly establishes a binding milestone. Delivery depends on the scope, the condition of the systems involved, the availability of required information and third-party services. We will use reasonable care and skill in carrying out the agreed work and will communicate material scope or delivery issues that arise during the engagement.
The proposal should identify how deliverables are reviewed and what constitutes acceptance. You should review delivered work within the agreed period and describe any material issue against the approved requirements with sufficient detail to allow investigation. Changes in preference, new requirements or modifications made by others are not automatically defects in the original delivery. Corrections, revisions and support after acceptance are governed by the accepted agreement and any applicable legal rights.
6. Third-party systems and AI-assisted work
Many services depend on software, APIs, cloud platforms and other tools operated by independent providers. Those providers may change their terms, availability, authentication requirements, pricing or functionality. Your use of their products remains subject to their own terms. We cannot promise that a third-party platform will remain available or that an integration will continue to work without maintenance after an external change.
Where an engagement includes AI tools, the proposal should identify their intended role and any required human review. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular use and should be assessed before being relied upon. An AI integration does not transfer responsibility for your business decisions or compliance obligations. Production use, data sharing and the configuration of AI services must be addressed within the agreed project requirements.
7. Intellectual property and handover
You retain ownership of the materials, data and intellectual property you provide. Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables, source code and documentation will be described in the engagement agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, transfer of agreed rights in paid deliverables occurs after the applicable fees have been paid. We do not acquire ownership of your business data merely by providing services.
Pre-existing methods, templates, reusable components, general know-how and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Where such material is included in a deliverable, the agreement or accompanying license determines how you may use it. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses. We may retain general skills and experience gained through the work without disclosing your confidential information. Any public use of client names, logos, project details or testimonials requires appropriate permission.
8. Confidentiality and information handling
Each party should protect nonpublic business and technical information disclosed for an engagement and use it only for the agreed purpose. Appropriate confidentiality obligations may also be set out in a separate agreement. Confidential information does not include information that becomes public without a breach, is lawfully received from another source, is independently developed or was already lawfully known to the receiving party.
Disclosure may be required by law or a valid legal process. Where legally permitted, the receiving party should provide notice so that protective steps can be considered. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, in a separate data processing agreement. The website should not be used to transmit passwords, payment card details, government identification or sensitive production datasets.
9. Cancellation, rescheduling and ongoing support
Either party may request cancellation or rescheduling by written notice. The financial effect depends on the accepted agreement, the work already performed and any nonrecoverable commitments that you approved. Unless the agreement provides otherwise, cancellation does not remove your obligation to pay for authorized work already completed. Any unused prepaid balance will be assessed against those amounts and any mandatory legal rights before a refund or final invoice is calculated.
Monthly support requires a separate agreement specifying the covered systems, included services or time, exclusions, contact arrangements, response expectations and cancellation process. A monthly price on this website does not itself enroll you in a recurring subscription or authorize automatic charges. No around-the-clock availability or guaranteed response time is included unless expressly agreed in writing. Emergency, out-of-scope and third-party work may require separate approval.
10. Responsible use of the website
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt its operation or submit content that violates another person’s rights. Do not use the website to impersonate another person, make fraudulent requests or provide information you have no right to share. Website content may not be copied or represented as your own service offering without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
We may update, maintain or temporarily restrict the website when reasonably necessary. Website descriptions are provided to explain our services and do not replace a project-specific technical assessment. We aim to keep the content accurate, but general information may become outdated as technology and service requirements change.
11. Responsibility, disputes and mandatory rights
We do not guarantee a particular revenue increase, cost saving, business outcome, uninterrupted operation or absence of all security incidents. Outcomes depend on factors beyond the scope of a consulting engagement, including your implementation decisions, source data, third-party systems and ongoing operations. Any project warranties, liability limits or remedies should be set out in the accepted agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a problem arises, contact us with the relevant project and invoice details so that we can first seek a practical resolution. The governing law and dispute process for a paid engagement will be identified in its agreement. These website terms do not impose arbitration or waive statutory rights that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes and order of documents
We may revise these website terms to reflect changes in services, operations or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest update. A website update does not automatically amend an existing signed engagement agreement. For an existing project, any change to its terms must follow the process stated in that agreement.
Where documents conflict, a specifically negotiated and accepted project agreement takes precedence for that project, followed by its statement of work and then these general website terms unless the agreement establishes a different order. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling and website technologies. Contact us using the details below with questions about these terms or a proposed engagement.
